Are your molds homemade or outsourced?

Our company established the Research and Development Department in 2013. We can provide a series of services all by ourselves from packaging design to products development, tool making and qualification, manufacturing and after sales supports.

What is your lead time for mold development？

Lead time of mold development is 40 to 60 days. T1 sample will be delivered within 10 days after completion of the mold..

How long will the samples be come out?

For new molds, new samples will be delivered within 10 days; for stock molds, new samples will be delivered within 7 days,

What is your lead time for mass production?

Normal lead time of mass production is 40 days. For urgent orders, it will be delivered within 20-30 days; for orders of aluminum anodized products, it will be delivered within 45 days .

What are your usual terms of payment?

For new customers, we accept payment prepaid and balance paid before delivery; For old customer, we support to monthly payment.

What are your main products?

We are mainly engaged in plastic bottle body, bottle cap, pump, dropper, glass bottle surface process (vacuum metalation, UV spraying, crystal process) of all kinds of cosmetics, in addition to alumina products, blowing bottles, vacuum bottles, ampoules and other ancillary products.

What kind of crafts can you do ?

We can provide mould development, injection moulding and capable for UV spraying, vacuum metalation, printing and H/S on various materials (glass, plastic, alumina).

Can you provide free samples?

Yes, we can. Samples are free while the shipping fee is on your own if your destination is out of China.
